I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Washington. I am grateful to be living my passion and calling to serve and support those who are on a journey toward healing and self actualization. In these last 15 years as a clinical social worker and therapist, I have had the honor of working with a diversity of people in the legal system, a university counseling center, community mental health, the Veteran's Healthcare System and multidisciplinary healthcare settings. This experience prepared me to support folks with the many difficulties experienced across the lifespan including general life stress, work, family or relationship stress, anxiety, depression, gender exploration and transition, personal loss/grief, past and present traumas and challenges posed by a mental health diagnosis. I continue to expand my knowledge with ongoing trainings, to be as effective for my clients as possible. I celebrate, honor and affirm the LGBTQIA community.

Outside of the office I can be found hiking, mountain biking, backpacking, kayaking, riding my motorcycle or just exploring with my dog, family and friends.
